  • Thanks for the replies @nakedraygun weights cleaned up while saw you get some great deals on CL and from good will. A little bit of hard work got them looking brand new.
  • Thanks for the recommendations , What are the wipe downs used in gyms or what could I use to wipe down the machine after a workout. Liked the wipes as it was a case of pull one out wipe and throw it away. Don't like to use my towel as its covered in sweat.
  • @raven56706 I am a guy last time I checked and I am trying it :-0 There is a group created if you search for in the group section of the forum. Called one month challenge to lose 10 pounds.
  • Trying elite running log seems to look nice and works well, tried a few others but will try this one for a week and see how it goes
  • Saw it today but was not quite sure how it worked do you need to have earphones and when the zombies start to attack do you run ?
  • Should Make a group "1 Month 10 Pounds" of cause don't think it's best to try and loose 10 pounds every month but it sure is a good kick start or reboot
  • 4 deer , a turtle a few frogs and a lizard
  • I hate rest days and miss running, walking as I have the workout bug but know I need to do rest. I do my running on M,T,W and then I sneak back later in the week and this might be the issue and need to spread my workouts out. I am looking at yoga on rest days and also have an elliptical as well that helps me get my fix.
  • I am doing C25K and it has been great to get in to running on week 3 day 3. When you say run slow I am running 6 and walking 3 is that too fast. On rest days can I just do walking plans ?
  • I run on the treadmill as well and wonder how different it will be running outside, I am doing walking at 3 mph and running 6 mph is my walking too slow. I find 4 mph is too fast and 3.5 is 5 button presses and some times forget as I slow down from a run.
  • When I lived overseas I use to do karate twice a week Mondays was with a sensei that taught very traditional and then on Thursday there was a very young sensei and his classes where a great work both very different teachers but two very good classes. As the class was near the beach we would have some early morning classes…
  • Won't I get a work out by just moving it and putting it together  Thanks for the other advise will keep dropping the weight , see if I can do a class , read the manual and learn about correct form
  • Also looking to get a HRM, OP any reason why you are moving from a chest to a wrist HRM are they as accurate ? What every you pick please post your review of what you get.
  • Thanks for your feedback I was looking at a HRM the other day I might just try and get a cheap one for now, I don't feel the urge to spend a massive amount and get a wrist based one just yet.
  • I tried using fit radio but it's pop-ups taking focus from my training app was a pain. Also 3 days in it tells me due to the high cost of streaming it will only allow me to listen to there pop channel. I switched to Pandora this morning but find it hard to create a good channel, have some great fast track running songs and…
  • Thanks tweaker,Jaynesje In terms of calories 1500 does seem low a few weeks ago I am sure when I was looking at other apps it was saying I needed 1800+ so I was surprised when it showed the 1500 range for me as well. But I am going to try and go for it and see how I do.
  • Would love to see what people have for breakfast as I am a cereal junkie and have found it hard to move to any thing else. If possible post up a pic like Queenmunchy did as that looks great ! post up a pic even if it is a "butter sandwich on waffles"
  • Hi editorgrrl it is the second line of the song "Englishman In New York" a 1988 pop song by Sting I don't drink coffee I take tea my dear I like my toast done on one side And you can hear it in my accent when I talk I'm an Englishman in New York Back in the day we English use to make toast over the fire with a toasting…
  • I did live in NYC but now I live in the Midwest, out in the sticks with cows replacing taxi cabs and lots of trees replacing tower blocks. For me this is where I came to start a family, I have lived all over the world but came here about 5 years ago and knew this was home.
  • "I don't drink coffee I take tea my dear", with milk and sugar but every one around here thinks tea should be served with ice and looks at me kind of funny when I ask for it. "I like my toast done on one side" but normally I have cereal for breakfast I need to start logging so will start looking for some good diary keepers…
