Thanks for responses. Yea I'm sorry Wanting true stevia extract not this crap they try to pass off in the stores. My end goal is to wean myself off of sugar completely and use it as sole sweetener but I hear just as you all said it has a slightly bitter taste. Have to get over that first. Lol. Thanks for all suggestions. Decided to try this mix of ON Gold standard whey and casein proteins. Whey in am after workout and casein at bedtime. See how this works.

What about EAS Myoplex? Anyone use it? Doesn't seem to be much more expensive than any others I am seeing?

I didn't even think about the Greek yogurt. I'll have to try that. I know that food is the best source of protein, but its becoming obvious that I'm still not gettin enough. LOL. Thanks for that information. :)

Yeah, my goal is to eat some cereal, and then take off. I live almost an hour from work and there is 3 gyms that I can hit up OTW to work, so that should give me plenty of time for that to settle and then hit the thing hard. I do office work, but it just depends on the day as to how dirty I manage to get. Sometimes I have to get out of the clean office and go do stuff onsite. I think I'll try a combo between the baby soap thing and not taking that 2nd hair washing and see what happens. Thank you all for the input. :)

I work nights and I look at my meals just as a daytime worker would. When I wake up, my first meal is breakfast 2nd is lunch and 3rd is dinner.

If I had to guess, you would prolly want to subtract at least 10% of the steps that it says u male due to this kinds of ghost steps. Maybe more. Check out the fit bit group. They could help more I would think.

The principle behind this could actually be sound. Idk about how much one can lose or how fast but this is alot of cardio. I used to use the ropes at the gym and OMG that wears ya out faster than ya think. Good post. Thanks.
