Fitbit 24/7 Wearing - help?

Does wearing your fitbit 24 hours a day not make the numbers not presice cause some arm movements count as steps...any advice help?

If I had to guess, you would prolly want to subtract at least 10% of the steps that it says u male due to this kinds of ghost steps. Maybe more. Check out the fit bit group. They could help more I would think.0

I have a Fitbit Flex + Charge HR. I've eaten back 100% of my Fitbit adjustments for two years, lost the weight, and kept it off.
1. Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly.
2. Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
3. No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) in Fitbit—not MFP. If you want your Fitbit exercise to appear in your MFP feed, post a status update.
