Running NSV - I broke my 1K, 1Mile, 5K and 10K PRs in September. The 10K was by more than 3 minutes on a day I felt like crap. Yesterday at the doctor when nurse told me to take off my shirt, I did so without feeling self conscious about how I would look with no shirt on.

Today I discovered that I accidentally bought medium compression shorts instead of large. They fit. Tried on my teenage son’s size 32 shorts. They fit.

My Garmin is usually about 10% lower than MFP or Nike for calories burned. But it also registers my distance and time less than Nike even if I start them at the "exact" same time.

It's a just in case my wife needs me or, more to the point, something happens and I need help. And for music and tracking. I tried it with the phone in back with an old cycling jacket, still felt weird. I did fine a reflective strap/vest with a pocket in front that looks like it will do the trick.

I did that, and most of the things either didn't actually have pockets, were going to be too hot, or were priced too high. My most recent 5k was just under 9 average. My fastest mile in the last 8 months, according to Nike, was 8:30. My goal when I run is 9 minute mile average for 6 miles.

Empty bleach bottles. Fill with water/sand/whatever to get desired weight. They're pretty sturdy and simulate kettlebells pretty well.
