Yum! No I've never changed my recipe lol I love the crunch from it being baked!!!!!! Might have to try it with yogurt!!
-
hmmm idk. I know i had a total of 42 oz of ingredients. i divided the total of all calories by the oz. I think that was correct. Because i put a portion on my scale and it was 10 oz, meaning that i had to multiply that by the 54.25 cals per oz. This is all new and semi confusing to me too.
-
10/1 = 5.25 miles 10/5 = 6.25 miles 10/6 = 10 miles 10/7 = 11 miles Yay! I think its going fairly good! Im going on vacation for a week on Thanksgiving so I'm gonna have to make up miles haha
-
Right! That's what I did so I got about 54.25 cals per oz lol that's a lot but so yummy!
-
Awesome!!!! Idk how many portions. It's a large casserole dish. I was able to eat 10 oz easy last night lol I was starving though
-
I had my phone read the barcode so it incorporated those things in for me!
-
thanks! So basically, if i want to be more comfortable use the recumbent bike lol

Kalkel, I've been told that about sugar before. Frozen grapes are my fave thing ever. I know there is a lot of sugar.... but was told one time that it was 'good sugar' and all the fiber makes it a good snack..... Should I go with this theory??

Started my first day at 5.4 miles! I usually only workout 5 days a week due to working 2 jobs blah blah lol. My goal is going to be 155 miles! About 5 miles a day. Not including the rest of my workout. This is so exciting!!! Good luck everyone :)
-
Dang lol that's a lot! I think I'm at like 5 a day
-
I would like to do this! I've been doing 30 min of 'hills' on the bike at the gym! Are we going to have goals or anything??
-
Awesome tips! thanks :)

-
the egg whites are in a non stick pan, idk my gma got it for me yrs ago and i never have to spray anything in it lol

Brown rice, uncooked. When I eat a meal, I haven't been using any condiments. Except on my subway.
-
I called it 1 spread in terms of 1/2 a tablespoon....mybad
-
Like I said in the beginning of this post, I am new to this! Yes i understand I am probably doing a million things wrong. I used the term tablespoon because thats what it said on the back of the jar. 1 tablespoon = blah blah
-
the peanut butter i did one tablespoon (measured) and only used half of that for my rice cake. Thats why i called it one spread.
-
I understand. For rice when it says one cup. I literally take a measuring cup and use 1. So i think that one is correct.
-
Yea I would do the quick add when I was just entering in the calories off the back of something.
-
I eat too many at 1250????
-
Nope leighloh! i dont even hold my phone during my workouts so it doesnt count any of those calories burned i guess. Idk if thats a good or bad thing.
-
Thanks Dianne! Ashestobeast, it says 1.5 lbs

Dang, I was just going of what the app said. I'm not a big eater, so that's prob why I haven't had a problem sticking too it. I haven't weighed any food, the meat is all prepackaged individually. I did measure the liquid though.
-
Sorry guys my phone wasn't posting it, no need to make fun. I started using this app 1 month ago. 40 lbs is how much I would like to lose. It gave me the 1250 calories to work with and I have been so good at sticking within that!! My main meals are chicken, fish, rice, egg whites, frozen grapes, occasional peanut butter/…
