I'm 5' 10" my goal was 145, ended up at 137 for my wedding. But with health n dietary restrictions fell a bit lower and am maintaining now 128-133

I've eaten a whole bag of peanut butter dove chocolate in one sitting. It was about 1400 cals N this was over my maintenance calories. Logged n moved on. Happened twice in December

Rest and stretches. I just got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. I'm on day 11 of limited to no mobility. Went to a podiatrist couple days ago... Rest up

I have AS, OA and tmj. Elliptical, some stength work with Dumbells, walking videos, Pilates. I slowly learnt and am still learning what I can do and can't.. I can't do a lot but I can also do a lot.

I can relate to the chronic illness piece. Was diagnosed with TMJD in 2014 and other chronic illnesses this year. Lost motivation? Does this mean you were working out and eating healthy prior. If exercise is burning you out, re-think your workouts and maybe switch up your routine. If food options are getting boring, try new healthy options.

Did you eat before your appointment? I weigh myself at home in the morning before a doctor appt that way I know how I weigh. I know I will always be "heavier" at the doc office

Yeah got the tmj diagnosis at 27 and then all the arthritis stuff followed. Funny through I've been active and worked out prior to all this. I haven't tried yoga but I do Pilates. I follow a DVD and have tried some of fitness blender Pilates workouts as well
