Anyone here on remicade? What has your experience been? Side effects etc. I have ankylosing spondylitis. I'm currently on enbrel but my doctor is switching me to remicade once the insurance company approves. Thanks

What has been your biggest struggle at maintenance?
I was curious as we all can struggle differently at maintenance. Mine so far as been figuring out maintenance and eating at maintenance. I'm sure I've struggled with other things, can't think of anymore right now.

how long should you eat at your maintenance calorie level before increasing or decreasing the calories based on the scale reading? I'm still in the process of finding my calorie level.

hi all So I'm trying to calculate my TDEE. I'm pretty much sedentary but I work out 3-4x a week with elliptical 45 mins and weights 20-25mins. I also do a Pilates video which is about 20 mins long about 4 times a week. What would my activity level be as I'm trying to maintain my weight. I'm 5' 10" and about 128.

I try to work a daily treat into my daily calorie allotment. Do you have one? I eat 2 peanut butter creme Oreos. Logging it keeps me from eating more though couple days I have eaten 4
