Hello
I know this prob been asked before but I'm still a bit confused. For a Recomp, I know it takes time but my confusion is do I eat at maintenance or at a deficit?

Go to the recomp thread run by usmcrp. Use the search feature. There's a wealth of information on there.0 -

I did but I was seeing both maintenance and deficit. Thanks I will keep looking0 -
It doesn't have to be precisely at maintenance, a little over or a little under (depending on your actual weight goal) would still really be recomposition.
Recomp is "typically" at maintenance but really it's describing the simultaneous losing of fat / increasing LBM.0 -

Yeah, pretty much that. I chatted with Chase Karnes about a year ago and he indicated he ate about 500 calories over maintenance on training days and I believe he said 500 calories under maintenance on non-training days. He writes, or at lleast use to write, for EliteFTS and I thought he posted his plan so it might be worth Googling.0 -
