I also understand that Dark chocolate is best . I'm a chocolate lover and one of my goals include kicking the habbit :) so any day with chocolate is good for me.

@txfitness1978 if you believe that you can put in the work to meet your goal, go for it. There is definitely no need to have a grasshopper mentality. Always dream big.
