    Water: Full gallon at least 5 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7)
    Sleep: Seven hours at least 5 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (6/7)
    LNS: Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7)

    Everyone, keep up the great work and purpose to finish strong! The month is nearly over. Only FOUR more nights this month. Let's all finish with a streak of at least FOUR! (You don't even have a pesky weekend to sabotage you!) Make the plan. Work the plan.

    I love this idea about weekly goals, this is helping me staying focus!!!!!! So tomorrow my new goals WILL start!

    New weekly goals:
    1) Get protein in mid afternoon 6/7
    2) only fruit after 8 pm 7/7
    3) Plan ONLY 2 days with something sweet PORTION control, though!
