    Sleep: Seven hours at least 5 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (6/7)
    LNS: Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7)

    Adults devise a plan and follow it. Children do what feels good. Maturity is the ability to delay pleasure. (Dave Ramsey & others)

    I love this idea about weekly goals, this is helping me staying focus!!!!!! So tomorrow my new goals WILL start!

    New weekly goals:
    1) Get protein in mid afternoon 6/7
    2) only fruit after 8 pm 7/7
    3) Plan ONLY 2 days with something sweet PORTION control, though!

    I did this when I first started and then I fell off the wagon. Now I log every morning instead. B)
  • This is exactly what I need it's the start of my journey today & whilst I can eat quite healthily throughout the day, come night-time I struggle! I'm in & will start logging - no food after 7pm for me.
