    You are so right! I started loggin my scores before I go to bed :)

    I did this when I first started and then I fell off the wagon. Now I log every morning instead. B)

    This is exactly what I need it's the start of my journey today & whilst I can eat quite healthily throughout the day, come night-time I struggle! I'm in & will start logging - no food after 7pm for me.
