    Looking forward to this group. I started way back in july but was not consistent and had a hard time with logging my meals. Really need tostick with it!

    New weekly goals:
    1) Get protein in mid afternoon
    2) only fruit after 8 pm
    3) Plan ONLY 2 days with something sweet PORTION control, though!

    Yesterday, I didn't hit my protein plus hubby and I went to get frozen yogurt!
