Right now, kind of having a hard time with the weather becoming colder, winter approaching, holidays are upon us and everywhere I go l, there is some kind of high calorie sweet treat being offered to me. There’s just so much indulgence this time of year and I’m trying to resist the urges to overeat and hibernate haha

My petty reason , off the top of my head definitely has to do with clothing and I want all the cute clothes as well as be able to share clothes with my sisters who are all slim. Also I want to prove that I can do something this hard.

Your story sounds a bit like mine,food addiction, trouble in left knee, 350+lbs starting weight, etc. Anyways, congrats on the weight loss so far! It feels so good to take control of your health

First of all, congrats on your weight loss! :) I suggest trying to figure out what's causing the overeating, maybe try meditating or practicing mindfulness. For me, usually there is an underlying reason for me being excessively "hungry". Hope that helps a bit
