Have lost a stone but over the last few weeks have just been feeling so hungry and been eating everything. How do you snap out of a bad eating pattern again?

If you're hungry, eat more, or better. If you're just craving something, have a little.1

Don’t stop tracking. Put everything in your log. Even if you go over. Make yourself accountable1

First of all, congrats on your weight loss!
I suggest trying to figure out what's causing the overeating, maybe try meditating or practicing mindfulness.
For me, usually there is an underlying reason for me being excessively "hungry". Hope that helps a bit0 -
Being an emotional eater I know how you feel. So now what I do is ask myself "are you hungry or bored or something else? If I am truly hungry then I eat if not then I find something to do that does not involve food. If I exercise I often feel guilty if I overeat so that is a motivator to keep me from eating things that I don't really want because I don't want to exercise and eat those calories I just burned off. It is hard, but I know you can do it. Have faith in yourself and do what you did to lose the weight that you have lost. Good luck0

Sounds like you might have been restricting too much and it was unsustainable. I'd suggest trying a smaller deficit and going slower.6
