I'm at 1200 but I eat 1300-1400 with exercise. I don't eat a large variety of different foods; but, I have lost 48lbs in this past year (8 since joining MFP a few weeks back). I needed help getting past a plateau and this has really worked for me. My diary is open and you can add me if you want.
