Can you help me figure out my number? MFP gave me a target of 1200 calories but I changed my goal to lose 1 pound a week instead of 2 and now it's 1380. Just curious on what number you recommend. Thanks!

Great job on your loss!! Im also 36 and am trying to lose 20-25 pounds. I've used fitness pal before but have never been active in the community... I'm hoping it will give me more motivation.

When I use the slow cooker I always make 2 meals and freeze the 2nd one (before cooking it.) When I know I'm gonna be busy that night I take it out of the freezer the night before and throw it in the slow cooker in the morning.

Did not meet goal today. Goal is 88 oz and I had 64oz.

Missed yesterday's workout... The baby had an allergic reaction and he was up sick for the first half of Monday night, I only slept 2 hours and just didn't have the energy. Last night was a much better night and today's workout is complete! Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
