It's a battle I'm fighting every day. I know it's calorie in / calorie out. I have to workout to stay close. I'm only 5'1" but man do I have an appetite!

I'm trying to lose my last 4 pounds and I'm going in the wrong direction - too much sugar. I'd be embarrassed to share my diary. I'm hoping some of it is muscle. I think it's tough when you're shrimpy 5'1 with an appetite.

Ok! That is awesome! I want that, too. With four kids, I try to squeeze in workouts throughout the day. I'm hoping once I'm in maintenance mode, I can get back to eating more normally.

I have those days "once a month." They're difficult to log and I think, in the past, they've caused me to abandon logging altogether when it got to be too discouraging and guilt inducing.
