Holy Crap

So you know when you know you have gained back some of that weight you lost and you finally get on the scales and have that HOLY Crap moment? Got it! I had lost 55 pounds a couple of years ago and kept it off. Had a major health problem and stopped working out. Added back in a few carbs, then a few more, stopped counting calories, haha then a few more. The long and short is I need to drop back by 20 pounds( although my ticker says 23) . Because of food allergies I need to eat Paleo and I tend to get bored. Need friends who don't soft serve the encouragement. Need the friends who are motivated to lose and will share .
Been here on and off for a long time but this time I am reaching out for help rather than standing on the sidelines.
