I do 1/2 an avo and Herbamare (salt/herb) daily with my salad...which I eat every day at lunch. I put it in the salad and then when it is time to eat I smash it up and it flavors my greens instead of unhealthy dressing.

I don't know....some days I just LOVE TO EAT!! Sometimes I want to eat constantly and I do but I just make sure it is healthy stuff. Then I drink a lot of water and take supplements and I feel so stuffed.

Ughhhh! Me too! I woke up at 1am to go to the bathroom, my dog woke me at 4:30 to go to the bathroom (on workout days I get up at 4:30), then she woke me again at 4:55 because she was throwing up (lovely to wake to). I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed and can not get motivated now!!!
