March starting weight - 194.5 March goal - 189 Ultimate goal - 160 March 1 - 194.5 March 8 -190.4 Lost 4lbs so far from my last check in. No major change in my diet. I believe that big difference is from me catching the stomach bug over the weekend. I just hope it stays off.

Thanks for asking your question. Its the time of the month for me and I was wondering why I just want to continue to snack. I just grab a bag of popcorn and trying to eat it as slow as possible. I have also grabbed some peppermints.
