My little legal beagle is on a prescription diet (Royal Canin). I substitute boiled chicken and/or canned tuna for 1/4 of her serving in the morning because otherwise she won't eat it.

Walked the dog, but only for a half hour today...she seemed to want to come back in early, maybe because of the rain. Thankfully, it has cleared up, and we have a social-distance walk planned with my dad this afternoon, so that should be nice. Planning to squeeze in some arm exercises, as well.

Yes. I'm Italian-American, so pasta and bread have been my life. Shifting away from them is hard. I don't have the self-control to just eat small portions of pasta. What ninerbuff said, but also? If you can, do stuff known to produce longer, leaner lines. Pilates, ballet, swimming, yoga...

I also only get one good day out of my curls. When I work out, I have to put my hair up because it's long and thick and way too hot and annoying to keep down. Day 3, if I'm not gonna do a full treatment, I have to at a minimum give my scalp a good rinse and massage, and then moisturize again.

I'm in the US and have access to a community gym I could use, but don't feel safe using yet. I also have a Pilates studio I love that has reopened, but I just don't think it's safe. I keep being shocked by reading that there are folks in parts of the US just going to the gym as usual. Be well, everyone!

I have needed to buy successively larger pairs of shorts each summer for five years, including this one. But since May, I've dropped a size, and today I pulled on a pair of old shorts and they are comfortable!

My AirPods fall out all the time. I actually have to wear a headband over them to keep them on. I'd love to find some earbuds that stay in, even if I'm running, jumping, or if I'm going upside-down.
