MFP has taken an easy, convenient & usable app & gutted it. I can’t find a single new item that improves my experience & I’ve been tracking here for many years. I always found the simplicity & usability great. I don’t really mind some of the Buy Premium nagging, I know they gotta make money, but removing basic stuff like…

Has anyone had response from tech team with estimated fix time? They always used to sort it with FitBit within a couple days but this is weeks now.

Ditto. Have tweeted & messaged support with no solution. Very frustrating & annoying.

Mine still isn't syncing.

I'm still having this problem. No sync of my exercise coming over from FitBit to MFP. Since at lease 4 March. I did find on 5 March my account had dropped FitBit as a connected app, don't know how that happened as I didn't do it! So I reconnected it and it is showing as connected. I checked my Fitbit dashboard on my…

I have a smoothie for breakfast majority of the time; handful of spinach, zucchini (courgette), carrot, green apple, frozen blueberries, scoop chocolate diet whey protein powder, a bit of oat milk & some water. Getting some veg , fibre & protein! Works well for me.

This happened yesterday, but just back from the gym & none of my FitBit calorie expenditure is registering on todays total so I have zero despite syncing FitBit several times. From one extreme to the other!

Jenny Ford has loads on YouTube, from very simple beginner on up.

I have a smoothie for breakfast most day, mostly veg but half green apple too. I had a scoop protein powder & some Skyr to it to make sure I’m keeping protein up.

Years ago, I took loads of classes, mostly aerobics, plus step & abs classes. After an absence from gyms, I started back 13 years ago & regularly go to power step, an all-time fave class, at least 2x week. I also go to kettlercise, & a private boot amp at least 2x week. Occasionally I’ll go to body pump or a yoga classs, &…

I do Stott reformer pilates, have been for over 6 years. Good stuff. Always challenging.

Just a little note...it’s not simple to have 2 separate proprietary systems constantly syncing slices of data back & forth. In fact it is quite complex & requires a lot of work on both sides. I’m impressed that it works so well. Not surprising that there are hiccups in the processes, especially considering the thousands of…

I’ve been doing step since...well...original Gin Miller! Had some vcr tapes for home, step classes at gym. For about 13 years, have had terrific step instructor at gym, I go to her power step classes at least 3x week, sometimes more. It’s my favorite cardio, fun, laugh a lot, heart rate gets right up there, burn plenty…

I use Quorn mince in chili, etc, husband doesn’t like it but I don’t mind it.

I am WW Gold member...reached goal a few years back, was still tracking ProPoints to maintain. Moved over to MFP; since I was already in ya it of tracking my food, I found it easy transition, plus easier to find nutrition info than calculate food points! Good luck, it words well for me!

I didn’t have good experience with them, but others like them. Just get all details in advance in writing about how to terminate your contract.

I do Kettlercise, it’s a kettlebell workout series you can get in classes or DVD here in UK. I think they also have an online “vault” where you can access workouts. I have a 2/4/5/6 kg kettlebell set so far, worked my way up.

Shock Absorber. Best around. High Impact running model.

I have a cheap & cheerful Canbor Bluetooth wireless over the ear earbud set. Work great. Have used them over a year, almost every day, both indoor & outdoor.

I love Quest bats; a bit dear but tasty. I've heard a lot positive about Costco's Kirkland protein bars, but they still don't carry them here in UK Costco.

I did WW about 5 years ago, got to goal quickly, Gold since. Changed over to MFP because I was using WW app for maintenance but of course had to pay, whereas MFP is easier, more straightforward, & free. It was a no brainier for me. Love MFP.
