Calorie adjustments from Fitbit have stopped

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
No matter how much exercise I do, calories are not being adjusted. I used to regularly get 300 - 400 extra calories and now I get nothing.
I have disconnected my fitbit and reconnected it but still nothing.

    Same here. For several days, I have had to manually enter exercise to get have any "calories burned" showing in my food diary. It is becoming very discouraging.

    Even thought it's good to know that I am not the only person having problems it is just so annoying - it used to work so well but no longer. The support solution is to "Please reach out to us directly to fix this issue." So, today I have 'reached out' and now wait to see what they suggest.
