Hi Sky, I am with your on the bread and pasta - I make my own bread so it is deadly when it is fresh! And do you measure out your pasta? An official portion seems so ridiculously small! LOL! My weakness is also pesto. Anyway, good for you for reaching out. We all need support to make this happen!

I live in Canada and buy a product from www.proteinco.ca They have a great vanilla flavoured whey protein made from grasped does in New Zealand. Bonus if you are in the US, the Canadian dollar is tanking so it's really good value for you!:)

Don't worry about it and I think you may need to eat a little more! I am not sure you can get all you nutrients at 1200cals! But just don't fall into the trap of thinking you need to always be losing 1-2lbs a week. Sometimes life gets in the way and like life, your weight can be full of ups and downs! Maybe take a break…

I was just thinking the same thing today! So for example, today I did a reverse lunge with a medicine ball that i simultaneously pushed away from me (lateral shoulder press) then swung above my head. How on earth does that get logged?
