@lorrpb I suppose I have really lost a dress size if everything was too tight and now it isn't, it just seems that I have been in the same size forever despite losing weight Haha,I know it takes time and I can't rush what I want to last forever :)

@OooohToast I am not giving up this time, it must have gone from somewhere but the main thing is it is gone and it isn't coming back!!! I will be so happy when it comes off my stomach, hips and thighs (my thighs have killed so many jeans!!) Thank you so much for the advice x

@Kathryn247 I started at 17st 4lb @NovusDies I can wear everything in my wardrobe now which is fantastic, I don't mean to sound ungrateful I am glad I can actually breathe in my clothes now Haha, it will be great when I can get into my motivation jeans :)

Right, so it's just generally how long your body takes to get through those carbs which is probably different for everyone

Mine has been fluctuating around 5-6 lb a day, is this generally not normal?

Thanks @jennifer_417 ,I am on a low calorie diet, and doing HIIT every third night as well as strength training for the rest of the week, I am burning fat from every where just wondered if the squats would help it come off my legs a bit as it is a big problem area for me

Thank you very much, can you still do Insanity along with a 1200 calorie diet or is it best to up the calories in order to complete the workout, I am so determined so I will not give up. Thank you for the advice

I am 18, 5 ft 5 and 215lb, 50lb is a starting goal but planning to lose more once I hit that goal, thanks for the tips
