  • Totally agree about the mini goals. My goal is to lose 5 lbs a month this year so I'm truly tracking towards a 1.2-1.4 lb loss a week. Another goal is to get some kind of exercise in 4 days a week. I know I see a more consistent loss if I'm moving my booty!

  • I follow the OKL chart so my max is 26g, but, I tend to keep them under 20g. I have 70 lbs to lose and have lost 11 lbs since August 1.
  • SW = 236.0 (started July 30) Lost in August = 9.4 CW = 225.0 (total loss 11.0!) Goal is to lose 7 pounds in September and to start exercising. I had an injury in August that seems to be healed now. I want to get at least 30 minutes in 5 days a week. Keeping carbs to <20 a day.
