Yes to every question! It took me a little over a month to lose the 7lbs and I have 25 total to lose.

Really I make excuses as to why I'm cheating. "Oh I'm tired. I forgot to thaw something out for dinner. It's my nephews birthday. My mom is visiting." And so on! While I'm cheating too I'm so mad at myself! I know I shouldn't be eating bad but do anyway

I really don't think it was the fat. I tried to eat a hard boiled egg at lunch, with just salt and pepper, I ate one half and almost threw up again. I feel like I won't be able to eat eggs for awhile...

Well the first time I did it it went great! After the 2nd day I felt energized & leaner. No problems and I lost 7 pounds. Today I feel gross, like sick to my stomach and I never want to eat an egg ever again lol

My scale wouldn't move & my Keto stix weren't where I wanted them to be, so I did the fast to kick myself into Keto overdrive I guess

Thanks y'all for all the advice. I currently am doing Keto. I really enjoy it, and I feel full at the end of the day...but on Keto you can't have high carb foods so sometimes I just miss bread lol but I'm getting better at controlling myself. I plan on allowing myself cheat days now too, I need them! :D

I never thought of it that way, my calories just getting split in 2 meals. Can you tell I'm new to all this? It's intriguing the way LCHF transitions your body! Truly unlike any other "diet" I've ever heard of or seen! And yes I definitely wasn't planning on fasting until my little guy is weaned! Hopefully that'll be soon!

Thank you! I'm trying to be very committed. I'm at my wits end. I've been trying for years to lose weight, and then I had my son and now I have double the weight to lose! I hope this is the lifestyle that will help me achieve my goal!

What's another good way to get sodium? Also I didn't know that about eating less meals during the day. I just figured as long as I'm getting all my calories in that's ok?
