Best store bought PB?
I need some peanut butter that doesn’t have a bunch of added sugar/crap that I can get at Target, Walmart, etc. I have powdered PB, will that work? Help a gal out! I love my peanut butter.

Why do I do this
I've gained back the 7lbs I've lost. I'm back to the start. I'm so mad at myself. Why do I do this??? Why do I cheat and eat bad knowing that it effects my body? I'm so upset and depressed. I just want to cry.

15lbs in 2 months

Egg fast makes me sick
So I did the egg fast a month go to break through a plateau. It went well. I decided to do another one starting today, but by dinner I almost threw up the last few bites of my eggs. Is it the eggs or what? Maybe I'm having an aversion to the eggs, should I just nix the whole fast? Advice please.

Why?
I always sabotage myself when I start losing weight. I'll be on a great streak, then I cheat and just go downhill from there, gaining my weight back. Idk why I do this. It's extremely upsetting. Sucralose, Keto no no?
Just wondering. I know everyone reacts differently to artificial sweeteners. I've gone to Starbucks a few times and got a SF vanilla iced coffee. The SF syrup has sucralose in it. I don't think it's doing anything negative so I guess I'm in the clear to use the SF syrup for myself at home?

Not getting enough fat/calories?
So my calorie intake is 1390. My fat is at 118g. Today I ended my day with 500 calories left and 50g of fat left. 1g carbs and 5g protein left. Am I not eating enough? I mean I feel fine, but I know not having enough calories can screw up weight loss. I kinda feel hungry right now lol but what should I eat? Like a spoonful…

Getting off track & losing motivation
I've messed up twice in the past 3 days. I'm probably out of ketosis. I feel like trash. This happens every time I start to see results. Losing weight, feeling good, but now I'm sabotaging myself. Why do I do this? I'm going to start over tomorrow but I get so in my head about failing :'(

My MIL was the most obnoxious Easter bunny, and brought my son so much candy...and..... I ate some Peeps. And a few M&Ms. I'm ashamed :# I've been perfect so far I just love Peeps ugh :D Back on the horse tomorrow. Can't wait to feel like crap from all the water retention from sugar lmao

So I went over my carbs & protein today by 4g each. :( I also still have 14g of fat to eat. What should I eat? I feel like crap today too. I'm very bloated and I just feel unmotivated. Bleh.

Too much protein
I'm not finding a good balance here. My macros will show I'm over my protein % for the day (like I'll be at 26% instead of 20%). Will this throw me out of ketosis? Is it fine as long as I meet my fat goal as well? I stay under my carb goal. I'm just so new still and not good at making my diet more fatty.

So my Fitness Pal has given me a little over 1400 calories for my day and I still have like 400 left. I feel full though. Should I just eat some more? Or stop for the day?
