So my Fitness Pal has given me a little over 1400 calories for my day and I still have like 400 left. I feel full though. Should I just eat some more? Or stop for the day? Idk how Keto when it comes to things like this. Should I just eat 400 calories worth of fat? I'm very new to Keto. Any help is appreciated.
