Becky--- Thanks! I don't think my knees will let me run again. But I can dream. I have to really set aside some time this weekend to get in a good workout. They say weights really help with weight loss and I'm about 20 pounds more than I'd like. Have a great weekend

Pretty good day. A lot of stress at work but not overeating. Good workout. Staying positive and I really feel good. Losing more inches than weight but it's all fine.

Wow. Sounds like things are tuff for u dear. I'm no professional but maybe u r eating more than u think. I could be wrong but that's an awfully long plateau. Try cutting back a bit more. They say 1500 Cals more or less is good starting point. Are u doing cardio or weight training? Maybe mix up ur workouts. If u do mostly…
