Right now my ratio split is 35% protein 35% fat and 30% carbs i weigh 168 pounds so right now im getting 170 garms of protein (i usually get like 30 garms more) 150 garms of carbs & 72 garms of fat my fat is usually shorted because i over eat on the protein and dont have any calories left for fat

I dont think i could agree with the whole % body fat loss per month thing that would mean people that bulked up to 20% bodyfat would take 10 months to cut to 10% which in that time frame you would just lose everything you gained.

I had no ideal that Creatine was a cutting type of supplement i thought it is only for bulking so your muscles can juice up on some water plus im focusing on the scale i have a goal and if im holding onto water than my weigh ins will fluctuate

Yeah im almost sure its not gyno or anything because ive been mainly overweight my entire life never been lean or close and i dont feel and hard balls in there or anything

No if you want to Tone up you have to Eat above you maintenance calories but if you eat only 100-200 more calories over you maintenance you should only gain about 1 1/2 pounds Over a months time and most lf it will be muscle weight so you will be more toned

Same had some delicious food tons workout saved my *kitten* a little but went over atleast 600 over maintenance but will crush the diet and workouts for now on

Theres two ways you can go about this either Drop your calories lower or / And add more exercise Also make sure your eating Correctly And Clean not fitting pizza and Fried chicken into 2000 calories

Your only option is to keep losing weight your one of those people where there body holds the most of there fat in there stomach you just have to lower your body fat % overall theres no way to only lose fat at your stomach keep losing weight and you'll be fine

See your one of those people who arent lean year round when you can be and still reach the same maybe even better goals no reason for me to get fat

Tomorrow i want you to hAve a refeed day and eat 100 calories more than your maintenance calories the reason your at a plateau is your metabolism has adopted to the caloric defict you need to give and a little boost and wake it up

14-15 isnt lean i want to be lean and be as a finishing goal not fat and muscler from bulking at 15% and end up being 20% after my bulk

Im not bulking yet i have a pretty good percentage of fat and plan to cut for 1 1/2 months

You really need to slow it down your gaining alot of fat not muscle the a good weight gain per month is 2 pounds to stay lean well gaining manly muscle and your gaining 3x that in 2 weeks about 6 pounds of that weight is fat not muscle your body does not make that much muscle in 2 weeks
