My 5 are... No pre packaged No Alcohol No eating out 3 workouts 10 glasses of water per day. I’m 6lbs behind my goal so time to get serious!

I joined in November because of a bet with my hubby. I’m not a very social person but this group has helped with my accountability and habits tremendously. I started at 228 and I’m 211 now. Worth your time!!

I find myself stepping in the scale every time I walk on the bathroom. I am getting discouraged with the constant change of weight. I’ve even hidden the scale in the cubbard but still pull it out almost every time. 😡

I’m in. I need all the support I can get. I will do my best to support all of you too. Goal 190. So that is 2 lbs a week. My challenge for the week...be kind to 3 strangers per day. Just a complement is all it takes.

December goal 15 min on bike 5 of 7 days. No way to track distance on my road bike turned stationary so I'll have to do time. Unless someone knows of a good tool I can buy. I will have to look into it. But always glad for advice and hints.
