At 298 you could eat more and lose. I wouldn't want to give up more calories than needed.

I think the hyperpigmentation will go away after a while. Just like calluses go away when the skin isn't rubbing. Or like acne marks go away after a while. Please don't do a chemical peel there. Just sounds painful since there will be friction.

If you feel good at 145, stay there. I mean, its 6 lbs to a healthy BMI. Is it really worth it if you like your body, and 145 is an easier weight to maintain? Maybe you could try pescetarian first, since you don't mind eating fish. Like @janejellyroll said, its super hard to eat vegetarian while cutting carbs as well. There are some vegetarian recipes on skinnytaste.com as well as vegetariantimes.com

I made this stuff, minus vanilla extract, while I was on a plant based diet. It was pretty good. You can add some blueberries or strawberries, or nutella haha. I just didn't like cleaning the food processor afterward. Its really crazy seeing it go from chunky banana to fluffy "cream".

Breakfast: I was able to go off campus so we got $1 sausage biscuits from McDonalds most of the time. Heated honeybuns, or mini donuts at home. Mine told me I had lots of extra calories from exercise the other day, and when I look back now it says it was negatively adjusted like 900 calories and I'd weigh more in 5 weeks than I do now. Something is definitely wrong haha.

Please talk to someone or contact the NEDA helpline. In the past year you've asked a question about binge eating, about eating 400 cal/day to lose weight, and now we are to extreme exercise and binge eating again. Even if you have talked to someone or went into treatment, this seems like a slippery slope.
