Yea I have been watching the salt and I've clearly been i taking a lot of that. This week im meal prepping with chicken, white rice, red yellow green peppers, and tomatoes. Then eat two clementines and a banana plus a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Also a protien shake in the morning

I got a new obsession for those cliff bars all the sudden. Im sure they are more sugar then anything though

I don't want it to increase diseases Lll but this is all good stuff I've been looking for my own stuff to make a protein shake but when I make my own it gets all foamy and fluffy and it doesn't even taste decent.

I always have to eat cral to get my last bit of calories I don't think I should have to be doing that

I search it most the time I find it but some times I can't find it so I check the bag and put in whatever is closest to the actual

Im at 160 trying to get to 175lb. My calories are at 3570. People are saying to up the calories. Honestly though sometimes I can't even reach them. Or I just simply ain't hungry.

Ok this is all really good stuff so then clearly increasing my cities count is important but I also believe that not taking my weight gainer shake is a loss. Because it's easy protien intake and easy calorie consumption

Yea but along with that im actually eating around that cause my job I burn around 350 or so on average plus the gym. So might be more then even what you suggested

Maybe my program is not working correctly the way it should with what im trying to do but this week I was gonna start tracking all my ex druses in a book and keep a log. Unfortunately haven't actually had Time to get to the gym in about four days. Sometimes skipping the gym I feel like I'm getting smaller each day

I kind of always had that mindset that your body can't get too use to your workouts but maybe im changing it up too much if that's even possible
