Definitely marinade... Completely changes the taste. I will have a few different on hand at all times even like it marinated in a low cal Italian dressing or a soy sauce and beer.

Running is the best thing there is for weight loss but it will do nothing for muscle tone at all... That's why most long distance runners look like twig people.

It works.... I completed it years ago lost a lot of weight then had an injury and got lazy and gained a bunch back. Started a few week ago ( 2nd fit test today) lost 16 lbs so far, good luck

I'm 6'1" 235 and would like to get down to 195 feel free to add me so I can stay motivated and you all can kick me in the butt in my times of weakness and keep me on track ...lost 12 lbs so far.

I have found it easier to eat a good breakfast around 350-400 calories and then a small snack around 100 calories every couple hours between meals... Don't starve yourself!!! Bad plan.
