The Turkey is 4 in a 500g pack, so I put 125g for each, I see your point though, some might be heavier and some lighter. I was a bored eater. I would eat because I was bored and for no other reasons. I couldn't effectively lose weight until I overcame that crutch. I would recommend trying to get around that pitfall. This did work for me for a while, but purely because that meal before bed was an extra meal. Which obviously meant extra calories.

I've just come of a 3 day food bender. I can honestly say those 3 days will not undo the month of good behaviour before it. Don't sweat daily fluctuations.

I mainly eat at restaurants that freely show nutritional info on their sites, such as nandos. Everything else I just deconstruct and over estimate by a bit. As I am prone do underestimating.
