Exercise regime

6ft 2 - SW 348 lbs - CW 224 - GW 200 by October.
So here it is, I have a very modest goal considering how far I've come. I have utterly fell in love with the gym, although I tend to just go, do which exercise I feel like and leave.
I'm looking for a fitness regime, ideally app based would be nice. Want it to focus on getting leaner through building strength whilst minimising fat gain.
Anyone recommend any apps, or online workout routines.
