Can you suggest a good fasting regiment. I need to start hitting the gym again. In the beginning it made me so week I've been scared to exercise. I've done yoga and planks every day but that's it. Also my ket stix are purple. Could it be my magnesium intake?

Non-hydrogenated pure refined coconut oil is healthy and one tablespoon has 110 calories. It tastes great too!!!!! I cook with it all the time and put it in my tea in the morning so I can get my fats in easy and quick! Avocado is also good!!!

My net carbs are under 20 each day for the past8 days! And I didn't have broth so I did a teaspoon of sea salt in 8 ounces of water is that ok?
