Chocolate, usually KitKat sticks. Since you mentioned energy crash, you should probably try some meal replacement bars that are sweet in taste.

For you to gain weight, you have to eat above your TDEE. So, you've been eating over your TDEE. To lose weight, you have to eat below your TDEE. There are some TDEE calculators in the Internet, like http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ You'll have to eat at your TDEE to maintain. So, you can say that it's your…

I'm going to download this app(and the app for pet shelter) soon. Thanks for sharing!

Sw(27 Feb): 67.2 KG / 148.1 lbs since it's the official start day for the group.. Cw(5 Mar): 66.4 kg / 146.4 lbs Total pounds lost: -0.8 kg / -1.7 lbs

The average weight loss per week is 4.16lbs/1 week. That's too high, and is very unrealistic. Unless you weight 200+ lbs and is obese, it is very unrealistic. Lower your expectations, especially since you're the type of person that when they see no results will go back to their old habit.

I can't answer how often you should weigh, since it'll all come back to your personal preference. You can enter your weight changes in "Check In". It's a subcategory of "My Home" (in the Web, I don't know about the app). To change your calorie goal, you can change it in "Goals" subcategory, along with your macros. It's…

What diet (or "Way Of Eating") are you doing, to reach the group goal of "20 Pounds or More Down by June"? I just eat what I ate before, just less portion and swap some food I usually fry to steam/boil. Do you vary from day to day, or do you stick to a specific diet? I mostly eat the same thing, but if my mother(I still…

Yes.. And well, my mouth never burned before.. I eat and drink almost everything boiling hot, and the rest are ice cold. It's just that I'm used to it..

TDEE is the amount of calories you burn daily. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/931670/bmr-and-tdee-explained-for-those-needing-a-guide/p1 It'll explain TDEE better than I can. And it has link to a website that'll help you to count yours.

You will gain weight if you eat above your TDEE. If you're still eating in a deficit, you'll lose weight.

Did you use a heart rate monitor to monitor your exercise calories? Or did you go by what MFP said? And what is your goal(lose weight, maintain)?

It's happening daily. Earth's atmosphere burn it to dust. You might want to add "big" infront of "meteor".

Apples, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, watermelons, oranges, and basically any fruits.. Bonus points if they're sour.

I would like to join this challenge. SW: 69.5 KG / 153.2 lbs CW: 67.1 KG / 147.9 lbs GW: 50 KG / 110.2 lbs The Goal Weight is my final/ultimate goal weight. I'll set another goal for this challenge only if it's a must.

Don't scrub too hard to avoid skin irritation. Not nice. Baby powder don't cause cancer as what I remember. But well, baby products usually helps with irritation. Those lotions for diaper irritation(forgot what) might help with soothing irritations. If I don't make sense, I apologize. Ate too much and my mind is foggy.
-
^^ exactly my question. You can try scrubbing it. The death skin cells will go away, and hopefully it'll be lighter. Unless it's dark pigmented, it'll work.

Breast and butt... Too big for my liking.. Then there's my thighs, where I carry most of my weight on.

Now I wonder why it didn't work for me since I used to did a lot..

You're welcome :)

It's not exactly healthier or lower in calories. Besides eating real ice cream won't cause any harm as long as you fit it into your calorie allowance/day. It all come back to CICO and how you manage your foods. But you're allowed to eat what you want, your body your rules. Just know that you don't need to substitute every…

You go to settings, select "Change Units" and you can change pounds to kilos there.

Good luck for you, Nate. If you win the custody of your child, make sure to spend enough time together with them and to make sure they don't get a phobia of love/marriage because of this. Their mental health will be affected by this greatly, especially when they're still a small child. Good luck.

Well, for me the first comment came from my teacher at around 2 KG lost(the fastest comment ever said in my life; during school years..). During my school years people notice quite fast, especially the teachers, even if it's just a few pounds off. I guess it's just that how comfortable they are to tell you about your loss…

I don't use an inhaler before exercising, I'm going to do it next time and see the difference. Hopefully, it will work. Thanks for the advice! And also thank you for beemerphile1, I'll do it the next time I decide to "run". Basically thank you to those who responded to this thread and the advices said.

Thanks for the advice. I'll go to a pulmonologist as soon as possible. I can walk at a steady and quite good pace for at least fifteen minutes to get home from college, especially when the air are pretty clean. So... Should I substitute running with some light walking for now, or just stop running for the time being? Or…

Keyword: stomach I know about fecal transplant and how it helps some people. I'm talking about how bad it is to have poop in your stomach, not intestine. Honestly, I'd prefer fecal transplant over eating a pill of poop. Thinking about it touching my tongue is disgusting enough. ETA: don't forget about how the pill will…

Even if it's real, it won't be healthy for you. You can eat your own poop to only have a minor stomach problem, yes. But eating other's poop is the same as you asking to be hospitalized. The different bacteria will only causes problems to those who ate others' poop. So, is it real? Perhaps, Japan made chips out of human…

I don't think it'll be a good thing to microwave plastic, so my recommendation will be glasslock. As the name tell us, it's made out of glass. Good to store food, or to cook them in microwave. Also it won't break easily. If you want containers that you're able to bring wherever you go without heavy weight, it'll be…
