Changing from pounds to kilos

Does anyone know if I can change the unit of measurement from pounds to kilos. I am from the UK & pounds confuse me lol

  You go to settings, select "Change Units" and you can change pounds to kilos there.

  Cheers, was doing my head I couldn't find it, was beginning to think it must've only been available in the premium
