You’ve got to try and lose weight in a way that works for you. Being miserable and cutting out every food you like, I believe sets you up for failure and quite often isn’t sustainable for a long enough period of time to see significant results. Good luck with your weight loss journey!

I recently upgraded to premium and it was worth it. I didn't realise how much fat and sodium I was still eating. If you don't upgrade my best tip is to weigh and log your meals it's a great way to keep you on top of what you're eating and if you don't want others to see any bad days you can keep it private

I've been overweight since I was 18. Tried lots of diets and told myself I was starting all kinds of exercise regimens...didn't work. Welcome! I've always been one of those people that looks at food and puts weight on and have tried WW and Slimming World. Found MFP really works and the app is a lot friendlier! I found it really helps to track all food and use scales to measure it out. Anyone feel free to add me if you need support.

Welcome! Best tips I've got is track all your food using the app, be 100% honest and get some food scales if you haven't already. Also add some MFP friends for support, questions and to just have folks in your corner. Good luck
