Hi everyone. This is new for me. I have struggled for years with weight. My husband was just diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. It scares me so I'm committed to taking this journey with him!

    It's great that you're supporting him and taking a step for yourself. MFP is a great app and the folks are really supportive. Make sure to add some friends to help support you. Good luck!

    A diagnosis of diabetes is scary but it is possible to reverse it. I lost over 4 stone & am no longer diabetic. I also have normal blood pressure. Good luck with your journey
