Hi,
I am Bev, health problems have made me face how out of control my eating habits are. I'm new to Low Carb eating and any tips recipes or meal planning would be greatly appreciated.
Yesterday I made my first step into my new lifestyle, I attended a doctor's sponsored group of like people looking to start a new healthy life style, met doctor, registered dietitian, social worker and life coach. Never had this much support before. This group will be learning to eat real food and how to choose what to eat. Goal is 75 or less carbs a day.
