My OC spray has a holder that you can clip to your waistband so it could be out of the way but also easy to get to.

I had the Fitbit One and that did great with tracking and syncing with myfitnesspal, but that broke and I got the zip and that is not synching so not sure if it is the user or something wrong? But I loved my One

I would like to join if there is still room! My goal will be 60 miles for my first month- I have been averaging about 45 miles a month for the past 3 months so this will be good to get me moving more.

Weighed in a day early because I am going on vacation tomorrow for ten days. SW-170.8 Week 1: 171.0 Week2: 170.3 Week 3- 168.8 (-2 lbs) I am so glad to finally kick the 170's and am going to try to keep it going even when on vacation!

I run my races with music when possible- sometimes there are rules about not wearing music (usually it is due to safety and running in the roads) I would definitely break in the shoes- figure out how many miles you run a week and then that should help determine how early you can start to wear them. I would only use them…
