Eats meats and stay away from starchy foods. Concentrate on carb macros and it will fall off. Been bouncing back from hypothyroidism ❤

A) It's a lifestyle B) don't choose anything low fat. Pick full fat options which contain less sugar. Fats better than carbs basically.

@doinwatigottado I completely understand this. I have thyroid problems. Stick to low carb and higher fat diet it's helped me more than anything! I also found taking fish oils as well as vitamins helped me. Stay away from starchy foods I try to stick with gluten free as much as I can and my blood tests are fine now! Try to…

When I'm maintaining i eat what i want as long as its within my limit for calories and macros :) have a look at the iifym lifestyle. This may be a better flexible diet for you that I've followed for years now :) i eat chocolate when i want

Yes it depends everyone is different. If you're trying to lose weight then I'd defo go for a lower carb percentage with higher fat and protein. Message me if you need any further help :)
