Could someone help me figure out what my daily macro should be? I'm 5 foot two and weigh 190 pounds thank you in advance

It depends on what helps you feel satisfied on your calorie limit and supports your goals overall.
MFP's default ratio setting is ok for many people starting out. You can try that and adjust accordingly if you feel hungry or unsatisfied. Many people adjust for more protein or fat to allow for more satiating meals.
If you are engaging in certain exercise activities you may also want to adjust accordingly.

Yes it depends everyone is different. If you're trying to lose weight then I'd defo go for a lower carb percentage with higher fat and protein. Message me if you need any further help0

Same issue here. Looking to turn 135 into 125 and tighter body, with going to the gym 3x a week. Macros are 50/30/20. Not entirely sure if I should be eating this many carbs, while trying to cut weight.0

20/20/60 is a good starting place.
