https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/17182.htm As long as you don't have tons of fat accumulated around your wrist, this is fairly accurate. My wrists are pretty much just bone and I measured it to 6 inches. For my 5'0" stature, this puts me in the large frame category. I agree with those findings. I've…

I do 4 times a week. I work about 5-10 min away from my gym so as long as I stay focused during my workouts I can get all my lifts done with time to spare. I have the luxury of being salary, so if my gym time does run over, it's not that big of a deal.

All flavors of Ms. Dash and hot sauces (can be high in sodium tho)

Try using salsa or any other seasonings. The more the better!! :)

Free at my apartment, and the gym at my college is $336 per year= $28/month

I do the same, Baby wipes (cucumber scented bc refreshing), body spray, and more deoderant. I shower once I get home from work. I've had no one complain, but I also work in an extremely cold office... If I ever get a complaint, I may up my "hobo bath" to include a rag, bodywash, and sink. lol

I lift as heavy as I can for 4-6 reps. I like to feel strong but I don't consider myself a "power lifter" because I don't have anyone to spot me for the time being. I can definitely see muscle gains and fat loss. No actual weight loss tho. If I'm being honest, I've probably gained some lbs but lost inches.

IUD insertion with no pain meds. It only lasted 15 seconds, but I almost passed out. I've had plenty of painful experiences (tattoos in places with just bone) but that one was nothing like anything I've ever felt before.

Any other ideas? Anything from a trainer?

I'm 127 lbs at 5'0 and I have a BMI of 24.8. <- would all say I am .2 away from being overweight, but I wear a US size 2. It's all about muscle to fat ratios. The scale is a lying *kitten*. It really just proves gravity exists, not how healthy you are. How do you feel? Are your clothes fitting better? Do you sleep well?…

I'm 5'0", 120lbs, 28 years old, and have large bones/frame. I eat 1500-1800 daily and lift heavy 4 times a week. I don't really do cardio as I'm trying to gain muscle at the moment.
-
Maybe switch up your workouts? Less cardio one week and more the next. Same thing with weights. I hear muscle confusion is the best way to get out of that rut. I am not a professional in any way shape or form, but you may want to find a professional trainer to find out what is preventing you from reaching your goals.

Hey ladies!! I'm 5'0", 28 years old, and 120lbs. I'm working on my muscle mass which will burn off any extra fat. I've got the hourglass shape but if I get too heavy I become very pear shape. Add me and we can motivate each other!!
-
Same here. I'm 5'0 and I eat around 1500. I don't do cardio and I lift heavy.
-
ketchup and mustard mixed together! But I'll put mustard on everything haha

5'0" hourglass/pear 120 (ish) pounds US 2, UK 6, Small I'm very short but I have large bones and I carry a lot of muscle.
-
5'0" and I eat between 1400-1500 per day. I'm not really looking to lose weight (120lbs) just to tone the bejesus out of my body. I lift really heavy and if I still feel hungry I try to snack on veggies/fruit to help satisfy without derailing my progress.

It's been quite a while since I've swam, but when I did, I swam competitively for 8 or so years and then was a lifeguard for a couple years after that. It's GREAT exercise but you do have to build your endurance just like running or any other exercise. My personal favorite was the Butterfly since it requires you to use so…

I'm currently following this 12 week plan and lifting as heavy as I can. http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html

This blog is pretty good at explaining things. http://www.jerseygirltalk.com/2013/10/26/weightlifting-strength-training-routine-workout-women/#.VQj4kL-9KnO I've read that sometimes you can reach a plateau and once you do, you have to actually eat more food (cleaner) to see the results you're looking for. You are probably…
