I'll add you, I need motivational friends too. I quit week 4 all the time. Need to get pass that & 5th week. The help I asked for wasn't helpful at all.

I did 5 min vigorous sit-ups on my bed before starting the day. So I completed it before I had a change to linger about doing it & just did it. Had bad week no exercise & half week even more horrible diary. So doing that little change is helping me get back to losing weigh.

I've read eating a little amount of what you're craving is okay. Not a lot, just enough. So you don't end up binging. And don't have a "cheat day" normally you end up looking forward to that day only and may end up cheating near your cheat day.

Are you not eating right or not exercising or both? Eating is easier than moving. Always need motivation to move. Little things like, would you exercise if you were colorful clothing? Music to move to? Watching tv during? Quotes? Before & after pics?

One thing I've been told is when you've plateaued it's probably because your body is used to the same workout & it's not being challenged. Always change out your exercises to not only keep loosing weight but to not bore yourself out! Lots of people get frustrated & confused when -nothing- happens.
