I've been doing calorie deficit as well as going to the gym. I actually lost a pound, then gained two pounds back! It was frustrating, because I never once slacked.

Okay thankyou! I was actually working to loose weight and I've been eating below 1200 calories per day. I know it's bad for me, but I genuinely do not feel sickly or weak. I'm going to stop though.

I don't want to look like muscular. I know there are some people who are really fit but still have like thick bodies, and I'm trying to avoid that. So I was wondering if that was as a result of fat being converted. Apparently I was wrong! Thankyou!
